Courtney Love
"I was absolutely addicted to social media maybe a year ago. My day would be work, school, and then Instagram and Tiktok. I realized my problem, and I attempted to go a week without using social media, and it suprisingly worked. I began to rely less on my phone, and I noticed that I would go outside more. Overcoming my social media addiction has been one of the greatest things I ever did, and I hope that more young people realize their addiction and find ways to overcome it aswell."
Thom Yorke
"Creating limmits on my social media usage has affected my mental health significantly. I was severly depressed, and I used social media to hide away from it. However, once I realized how much of a problem my screen time was, I started to put limits of my social media usage and it impacted me much for the better."
Billy Corgan
"When i first began getting addicted to social media, i noticed that I gew distant from my family. When I deleted social media, I became more present and involved with my life. Anybody who feels that social media is a problem, should have no hesitation puting limits on their phone usage."
David Gilmour
"Realizing that screen time is an issue is one of the most important things you can do. Social media has created boundaries between many people who are addicted, and as sombody who once was addicted, it's not easy to jump those barriers. However, not being seperated by a screen has been worth it in the end."
